Constance Vork is a lifelong Minneapolitan and Realtor for more than 15 years. She is an old house lover and a neighborhood enthusiast, having rehabilitated and lived in homes across the city, and serving on many of the neighborhood boards and committees. One of Constance's specialties is historic properties. She has listed and sold several designated landmarks, as well as owned a home located in a nationally-designated historic district. Constance has a passion for preservation, and is a past commissioner on the Minneapolis Heritage Preservation Commission. Another of Constance's areas of expertise is small multi-family rental property. Her first home was a duplex, second was a fourplex, and third was a six-unit. Constance currently lives in the Homewood neighborhood with her husband, son, dog and cat.
